Year End Bonus

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or other analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years’ software testing Quality Assurance experience in an enterprise environment.
• 6+ years’ experience designing, developing, and executing test cases.
• 6+ years’ experience with test case development tools.
• 4+ years’ experience with creating and executing complex SQL queries to support test activities.
• Ability to travel to Lakeland, FL will be required as needed up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience conducting software quality assurance for enterprise applications.
• 7+ years’ experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
• 2+ years with HP ALM (Quality Center) or other test case management tool.
• Experience working in both Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
