Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the initial review of financial statements and spreads for new and existing credit opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessments of new and existing clients by assessing business creditworthiness.
• Prepare and Review credit approval memos for new and existing clients on all aspects of underwriting – this could include financial modeling, collateral analysis, company and industry analysis, etc.
• Support Credit Portfolio Managers on review, renewal, and completion of Credit Approvals.
• Assist in the creation and review of Pitch Books, Client Advisory presentations, and Executive Summaries prior to client/prospect calls.
• Attend and participate in client and prospect calls with Relationship Managers (RM) by support and meeting preparation
• Research current opportunities
• Manage risk: portfolio reviews, exception clearing, and credit projects.
• Assist Senior Bankers in preparation of diligence lists and questions prior to meetings.
• Monitor transactions in the pipeline from prospecting phase through closing.
• Participate in client and prospect calls with Senior Bankers including taking notes and maintaining Salesforce records.
• Coach and mentor Equipment Finance Analyst colleagues.
