Clinical Research Analyst

As a Clinical Research Analyst at Lynx Therapeutics, you will be an integral part of our research team, contributing to the design, implementation, and analysis of clinical trials that support our innovative pharmaceuticals and medical advancements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of data and compliance with regulatory standards, while delivering actionable insights that drive our clinical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and planning of clinical research studies, including protocol development and study materials.
• Conduct data collection, management, and analysis related to clinical trials.
• Monitor clinical trial progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to evaluate trial data and prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to data collection or analysis.
• Stay current with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices in clinical research.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
