You Are:

In this role, you will serve as the overall GenAI Lead for the client account. Your responsibilities span both Delivery and Growth. This includes managing the program work with the client and defining the product vision. You will translate high-level mission goals into a concrete technical roadmap.

The Work:

• Responsible for prioritizing the feature deciding when to release product capabilities, managing the backlog to balance the technical debt with innovation, and defining track KPIs for platform health, including monthly active users, speed to insight, compute efficiency, cost reduction, etc.
• Manage onboarding and growth of the platform, ensuring the data and analytics and governance requirements
• Develop responsible AI Guidance, and workforce training, as well as technical workstreams – including the establishment of cloud environments, and the development of models for both prototyping, and eventual production implementation
• Drive the delivery of similar efforts in support of groups
• Drive the advancement of similar platform opportunities across the account, including growth opportunities at client projects – working to inform clients of data and analytics applications, scope, define, and sell projects to meet client demands, and grow the portfolio of delivery-oriented GenAI projects on the account

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
• Experience with managing a team, project and/or program
• Experience within technology-driven federal organizations and/or leading organizations leveraging analytic systems (e.g. machine learning, big data analysis)
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: AI/ML processes to include data engineering, data labeling, model development and training, model validation, natural language processing, computer vision, large language models, and/or model deployment

• 15+ years of industry experience
• Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
• Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
• Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent people management and relationship development skills
• In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
