Pan-European Campaign Strategy & Orchestration Plan and lead content-centric, integrated brand campaigns across 5+ European markets. Define campaign architecture, audience narratives, and channel mix (digital, social, events, retail). Cross-Market Coordination & Activation Act as the central bridge between regional HQ and local country marketing teams. Align local needs with regional brand direction, co-create playbooks, and drive synchronized go-to-market execution. Regional Brand Pull Develop and deploy “regional-first” campaigns that lift all markets – pulling local teams forward rather than pushing from the center. Create scalable assets while allowing local adaptation. Creative Leadership (with agency management) Partner with internal creative teams and external production agencies to deliver best-in-class video, graphic, and digital assets. Ensure creative excellence aligns with campaign objectives and brand identity. Campaign Rhythm & Innovation Establish a clear campaign calendar, milestones, and approval workflows. Stay ahead of digital and creative trends (AI, interactive content, short-form video) to continuously evolve campaign formats. Stakeholder & Interpersonal Leadership Build strong relationships with country marketing managers, product marketing, sales, and PR teams. Navigate internal processes to enable fast decision-making and rapid execution without compromising quality. Performance & Optimization Define KPIs together with analytics teams. Use data insights to optimize mid-campaign and share learnings across markets. Budget & Resource Management Manage regional campaign budgets, agency contracts, and production resources effectively.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing – preferably within automotive, e-mobility, or technology sectors. Experience in a regional or headquarters role covering multiple European countries is essential. Campaign Leadership: Proven track record of planning and executing Pan-European or multi-market brand campaigns, with clear examples of cross-country coordination and regional pull. Creative & Content Understanding: Strong ability to brief, review, and elevate creative work (video, graphic, digital). You don’t need to be a hands-on editor, but you must know what great content looks like and how to guide partners to achieve it. Process Agility: Demonstrated ability to work within a corporate matrix while driving speed and accountability. You know when to follow the process and when to push for fast solutions. Interpersonal & Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken) – additional European languages (French, German, Dutch) are a strong plus. Exceptional ability to influence without authority, align diverse teams, and resolve conflicts constructively. Technical & Trend Awareness: Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma) and campaign management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Up-to-date on content trends, AI tools for marketing, and performance media. Portfolio / Case studies: Please provide a portfolio or case studies demonstrating your role in Pan-European or multi-market campaigns – including strategic insight, creative output, and results.
