Senior Customer Service Representative - Treasury

The City of Novi, MI (est. population of 60,000+) is looking for an individual who performs highly responsible secretarial work, possesses administrative and clerical detail, handles complex administrative matters independently, interacts with the public, works on projects that are detailed in nature, and coordinates departmental workflow and priorities as directed.

Qualifications include:

• Required education level includes a high school diploma.
• Required experience of three to five years related clerical work.
• Ability to reason and process numbers effectively.
• Ability to accurately type and data input at a minimum of 40 WPM
• Ability to score a 70% or greater on an Excel skills test
• Proven track record of establishing and continuing effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
• Values diversity in the workplace and in the community.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently and effectively provide a high level of service in accordance with the Novi Guest Service Guarantee Policy to all customers and visitors served by, as well as within the City organization.

Salary: $56,806, per the collective bargaining agreement.
