Senior All Source Analyst

The chosen candidate will provide support across the Air, Space, and Cyber domains, enabling both collection and analysis efforts. They will bring extensive functional expertise to oversee and implement solutions in collaboration with Intelligence Community (IC) elements.

Expertise in managing HUMINT collection operations against advanced adversaries is essential. The candidate will assist collectors throughout the collection and reporting process, including operations management, targeting, and validation. This role requires effective teamwork to gather and fulfill customer requirements successfully.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience (analysis and reporting) supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community
• Experience using and employing computer system and architecture commonly used in DoD HUMINT and/or listed as systems of record for the Defense HUMINT enterprise
• Advanced knowledge in HUMINT and the collection management process
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Desired Experience

• Experience in defense research industries analysis
• Experience and proficiency using classified and unclassified research techniques
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis
• Certification from one or more of the following IC-recognized courses: Collection Management Basic Course (CMBC), Collection Management Intermediate Course (CMIC), Intelligence Collection Management Course (ICMC), Defense HUMINT Collection Management Course (DHCMC), Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC), and/or Joint CI & HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JCHATC).

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• Knowledge of intelligence community tradecraft and standards
