Your role in our mission

• Expert in account domain with a 360-degree view of accounts.
• Technology-focused professional providing insights and recommendations on potential threats/risks.
• Implements technical processes for solution deployment and DevOps pipelines.
• Responsible for project delivery and actively contributes as a member of the change advisory board and architecture review board.

Technical Expertise:

• Conducts research, testing, and documentation of hosting/configuration tools.
• Collaborates with application developers and customer experts for feature inclusion.
• Provides high-level analysis and design reviews to prevent duplication of efforts.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Engages in client-facing interactions and participates in escalation calls.
• Works with stakeholders, leadership, and team members for project outcomes.
• Communicates effectively with customers, support personnel, and management.

Mentoring and Leadership:

• Guides and mentors less experienced personnel.
• Collaborates with product development teams and senior designers for architectural requirements.

Industry Knowledge:

• Possesses expertise in healthcare or government health and human services.

Technical Proficiency:

• Works hands-on in the cloud environment, specializing in real-time integration and data.
• Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), software systems, applications, and network markets.
• Familiarity with various technical products, vendors, and technologies, including hardware and software.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of application architecture and/or product development experience  
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server 2019/MS-SQL scripting and SSIS design & development
• Analytical and data analysis skills using Microsoft SQL with the ability to build complex queries and reports using Microsoft SQL
• 7+ years’ experience in .NET, Web App Development including API management.
• 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience in the Medicare/Medicaid Healthcare domain; with experience working with claims, member and provider data systems
