RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an Intern who will assist with technical support services to all employees in Kroll Offices Globally. This is a hands-on role where you will provide remote support as well as assist with projects like storage implementation, server and network upgrades and mobile computing reviews. The Intern will be responsible for:
- Assisting with support for end user devices running various Microsoft Windows platforms (Windows 10 / Windows 11)
- Assistance for Microsoft Office 365 / Windows 365 platforms (Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, . . .)
- Assist with off-the-shelf as well as custom applications
- Assist with Remote Connectivity, VPN(s) remote environments, remote apps, . . .
- Assist with Mobile Device Management Platforms (Intune)
- Assist with Device Compliance, Conditional Access, Updates and Remediation
- Assist with Endpoint Configuration Issues (drive space, printing, performance . . .)
- Assist with monitoring and timely resolution of ticket queues or escalation to other support teams as needed
- Assist with desktop/laptop/mobile break/fix/maintenance support
- Assist in support to growing mobility platform (iOS, Android and windows-based platform)
- Assist with various projects and implementations required by the business or IT teams
- Act as a liaison between backend engineering teams and support teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field to the position
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 and September 2025
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize issues on a case-by-case basis
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in an ITIL based Service Desk
- Knowledge and experience with Windows based technologies
- Hardware platforms including Lenovo & HP laptops & Cisco phones.
- Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, SCCM and Intune
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills in WAN/LAN/Desktop situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with diverse teams
