In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR Administration support to our French-speaking employees, ensuring great colleague-experience, accuracy and efficiency.</p><p></p><p>What is in it for you?</p><ul><li>A challenging and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement</li><li>Flexible working hours, hybrid work model (you should be comfortable with commuting to our office at least 2/3 days a week)</li><li>Attractive benefits package (private healthcare, sports card, life insurance, lunch card, retirement plan), free access to LinkedIn learning platform, language courses refund</li><li>Great location in Warsaw (Rondo Daszyńskiego area / direct M2 line access)</li></ul><p></p><p>We will count on you to:</p><ul><li>Deliver HR administrative support to colleagues including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation related to the employee life-cycle</li><li>Provide information and resolution to employees questions and issues via emails in a timely and professional manner, providing high-quality support</li><li>Maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of HR Administration policies, practices and procedures</li><li>Providing HR tool (Workday) support for Managers and employees</li></ul><p></p><p>What you need to have:</p><ul><li>Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required</li><li>Willingness to work with HR documentation and excellent attention to detail</li><li>Have up 0-2 year of experience in HR Administration/HR Services/Operations or Administration</li><li>Good command of English</li><li>Willingness to develop within the field of HR Administration</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p></p><p>You would be an outstanding candidate if you have :</p><ul><li>Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday</li><li>Experience using Case Management software (ex.
