We are currently in search of a meticulous and proactive Shareholder Administrator to join our team—someone ready to contribute to our continued success and uphold our high standards of service excellence.</span></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u><span style="color:#121317">Key Responsibilities:</span></u></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Receive and place new transactions received from investors (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers) in the transfer agency system, according to procedures in place.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Process capital calls and distributions, including communication with investors, cash tracking, and follow-ups.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Oversee the preparation and verification of redemption, dividend, and distribution payment files.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and requests, e.g., track auditors’ requests concerning documentation sought.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Ensures effective understanding of specific processes and adheres strictly to relevant procedures. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Prepares/updates procedures and checklists in cooperation with management.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Ensures effective compliance and controls in own area.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Participates in projects, testing, and training when requested.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u><span style="color:#121317">Job Requirements:</span></u></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Degree in Finance or relevant discipline.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">At least 1-2 years of investor services experience gained from banking, investment houses, and the like, with exposure to Hedge Funds and/or Private Funds (preferred).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Solid grasp of financial principles, especially related to investment funds.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">High degree of accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining the integrity of shareholder records.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines is necessary.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Be able to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u><span style="color:#121317">Why Join Us?</span></u></strong></p><p style="text-align:start;"><span style="color:#121317">We foster a supportive and flexible work environment that encourages both personal and professional growth.
