Scheduled hours are anytime Monday-Friday between 6:45am-8pm. Typical schedule consists of 2 8 hour shifts and 2 12 hour shifts. Schedule varies every week.
Saturday and Sunday hours are either 7:45am-4:15pm- every 3rd weekend or 745am-815pm every 3rd weekend rotation.
Holiday rotation includes 2 holidays per year.
This position would float between the following Urgent Care clinics: New Berlin, Edgerton, Brookfield, Franklin and Mayfair North.
Pay Range:
$19.80 - $29.70Major Responsibilities:- Greets patients and visitors and responds to routine requests for information. Answers telephone, screens calls, and takes messages.
- Registers patients; obtains demographic and insurance information; verifies insurance coverage, collects co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances; posts payments and updates demographic and insurance information.
- Schedules patient appointments and coordinates cancellations, reschedules, and additions to schedules. Provides accurate, detailed information regarding test preparations, time patient to arrive, and
