A Day in the Life

The Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) portfolio provides innovative, minimally invasive cardiovascular technologies designed to help physicians diagnose and treat complex heart and vascular conditions, improve patient outcomes, and support more efficient care delivery across clinical settings.

This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role will require 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

         

         

As a Customer Marketing Specialist for our Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from generating insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of meetings and engagements related to ICT physician engagement, including Innovation Forums, Advisory Boards, Conference Connects, VIP Site Visits, and other strategic programs.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and operational needs, including scheduling, payments, communications, and ad hoc leadership support.
  • Support and maintain business-critical processes and systems related to ICT physician engagement.
  • Partner closely with the Professional Services team to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability, helping ensure consistent and elevated physician experiences.
  • Promote continuity in relationship management with physicians by maintaining knowledge of key preferences, engagement history, and evolving needs over time.

Must Have; Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum two years physician engagement experience
  • Or 0 years of experience with an advanced degree

Nice to Have

  • Medical Device industry exxperience
  • Medtronic Cardiovascular product knowledge
  • Strong project management skills; organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
  • Proficiency in using various social media tools

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
