Adams Homes is looking for a detail-oriented Regional Land Acquisition Admin to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role will focus on administrative tasks, including research, data organization, and outreach campaigns related to vacant lot acquisition. The ideal candidate will be pleasantly persistent, tech-savvy, and have experience in research, customer relations, and online communications.No Real Estate License required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research using tools like Google Earth, property appraiser websites, and other real estate platforms
- Prepare and maintain online contracts and files
- Execute direct mail campaigns with property owners
- Provide support to the land and lot acquisition team
- Demonstrate persistence and tact when communicating with property owners via phone, email, and mail
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Comfortable with online research tools and data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
- Experience in managing customer relations or outreach campaigns is a plus
