POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales/Account Manager that will prepare and deliver presentations for commercial equipment and services to prospective customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quote jobs and projects for accounts, and provide to customers in a timely manner
• Answer questions from the customers about their systems and setup
• Generate budgeted sales; manage job and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory
• Generate sales in assigned territory
• Maintain productive relationships with existing customers
• Presents his or herself in a professional and respectable manner to the customer and assists them with their HVAC needs
• May need to assist the technicians in the field at certain times; Able to work on various types of HVAC equipment
• May need to take supplies, tools, materials and such, to the field technicians when needed
• Able to size duct and equipment and possess electrical knowledge for change-outs and installs and retrofits

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Client Relationships Management – act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Revenue Growth & Retention – meet or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives
• Strategic Planning & Business Development – develop account plans and strategies to drive client success

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

This position will report to the local branch leader and has the responsibility to the service and sales teams.

• Must have sales experience, preferably in HVAC Sales
