Production Manager

Renewal by Andersen of Northern Texas is looking to add a Production Manager to our growing team. In this Supervisory role, you will oversee the Production team to ensure best practices are being executed and quality standards are met. This person will work closely with Operations and all production teams to resolve outstanding issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This person will promote the Esler Company “With Love” culture with all internal/external customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement best practice SOP's for production department while holding team accountable to these standards.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure RbA standards are met.
• Track and report all production department findings to Director of Production for appropriate Installer training.
• Assign and manage production department job site evaluation schedules in Enabled. Ensure that site visits are being done when a site evaluator does not have an appointment.
• Work closely with Director of Production to create measurable processes for all existing and future Installation Managers.
• Train Installation Managers through scheduled ride-alongs. Assign yourself to Installation Manager schedules for tracking purposes
• Working with other managers and their teams and will also spend time resolving issues directly with the customer.
• Manage all daily processes and procedures for the production department to include training

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in accurately measuring for window/door replacements.
• Strong understanding of relationship management
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Higher education
• Highly organized, accurate, and the ability to reflect empathy to customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and ability to take and provide feedback while managing a team
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing a small team of customer care teammates and has strong experience in conflict resolution
