THE JOB:
As the Security Training & Development Partner, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating training programs, managing training documentation, and ensuring all compliance and certification requirements are met for the security department. This role is central to onboarding, training, and supporting the development of security officers (including dispatchers). Also, you will be the department’s point of contact for any training and certifications needed.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $67K annually

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Facilitate all new hire training related to security protocols.

• Lead property tours focusing on security measures before new hires meet with shift managers.

• Enroll new hires in the security training academy and additional training courses such as CPR/AED.

• Conduct ongoing security training and recertification sessions to ensure adherence to protocols.

• Maintain detailed training schedules and track deadlines, certifications, and expirations related to security training.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, related field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1 year of training experience or in an instructional design role or related experience.

• Able and willing to complete the Security Officer Academy and Security Guard Certification.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$58,300.00 - $97,100.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
