We are looking for full service General Contractors in the greater Pittsburgh area. We can keep you busy all year long with steady work.
 
ServPro is an industry leader in disaster mitigation and reconstruction. We are seeking highly skilled trades to join our team as subcontractors.
 
The ideal candidates must have liability and comprehensive insurance coverage. 
  Perform needed repairs on reconstruction jobs following a schedule as outlined by the ServPro Project Manger in a timely manner. Complete all assigned repairs with the highest quality.
 
Requirements:

• Contractor’s License
• Valid Drivers License
• Have your own tools
• Presentable and accountable at all times
• Excellent customer service
• Quality Workmanship
• Complete work orders with quality and on time
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work independently on jobsites

 We are looking for a well rounded GC who has the capability to do the following:

• Flooring (Carpet, LVP, HW, ceramic tile)
• Painting
• Drywall/Plaster Patching
• Kitchen remodel
• Bathroom remodel
• Installing windows/doors/trim
• Basic MEP work (Elec, Plumbing, HVAC)
