We’re looking for a Senior Employee Communications & Employer Brand Manager to help us build our employee value proposition, own employer branding campaigns, and support internal communications. You love to take on new challenges and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams – from talent and marketing to DEI. You want to roll out engaging and measurable campaigns to amplify the mission, core behaviors, culture, and overall brand of a growing, remote-first company. You’re willing to experiment, stay informed through data and research, and feel comfortable sharing your opinions and views, even the spicy ones. You’ll report to the Senior Director, Employee Communications & Employer Brand.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $147,600 - $203,050
- Zone B: $138,800 - $190,900
- Zone C: $129,900 - $178,500

As a Senior Employee Communications & Employer Brand Manager, you’ll …
- Develop our Employee Value Proposition and the strategic direction of our employer brand messaging and content, aligned with our mission, core behaviors, employee experience, and business goals.
- Oversee the internal channel strategy and editorial roadmap in a Slack-first environment.
- Collaborate with talent, marketing, brand, social, and DEI on employer branding content, to highlight employee and customer stories.
- Create and maintain a measurement dashboard to track data and report on analytics to inform and influence our global initiatives.
- Manage Webflow’s talent brand and presence on recruitment platforms, including our Careers Page, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor, to enhance our reputation.
- Implement talent marketing campaigns to attract high-quality candidates and support special projects
- Coordinate global employee events and intentional moments to connect our remote team.

About you
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-growth company and larger, mature organization
- Experience running global internal campaigns to engage employees
- Knowledge of employee communications best practices and direct involvement in employer branding or talent acquisition marketing strategies.
- Direct ownership of editorial calendars and content campaigns
- Effective writing and communication skills
