Manager, Operations FP&A

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead management reporting on warehouse and transportation performance, productivity, and OpEx across all distribution centers.

• Partner with the VP of Operations and external consultants on key strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with IT to define data requirements for tracking metrics such as hours, volume, and routing performance.

• Design and manage Power BI dashboards, templates, and automations to monitor KPIs and operational trends.

• Drive strategic inventory initiatives focused on product velocity, aging, shrinkage, and freezer transfers.

• Lead the preparation of annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for the Operations division.

• Provide ad hoc business analysis using financial and operational data (e.g., lease extensions, equipment planning).

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Technology.

• 7+ years of experience in-house or in consulting, ideally within distribution or logistics.

• Strong understanding of productivity KPIs in a warehouse or transportation environment.

• Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI required. Experience with Alteryx and SQL is a plus.

• Proven ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for executives and private equity sponsors.

• Experience working with or within private equity portfolio companies is a plus.
