Clean Scapes is Hiring an Enhancement Crew Member.

• Experience and aptitude for landscape construction work

• Proactive, dependable, and demonstrates great communication skills

Role + Responsibilities:

• Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Project Managers
• Proficient use of various hand tools
• Perform duties associated with commercial landscape construction
• Work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds, emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
• Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
• Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
• Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

• No prior landscaping experience required, though construction experience is preferred
• A strong willingness to learn is essential
• Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Though a license is not required, it is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Physical Demands:
This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
