(Senior) Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (m/f/d)

It is also the founding member of ID+, a universal marketing ID initiative.<br/>The Role<br/>We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&amp;A) Manager to join our fast growing SaaS business. The FP&amp;A Manager will be responsible for managing the financial planning process, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering &amp; investor reporting at Zeotap.<br/>This position will work closely with the executive &amp; Finance team to help drive the company's financial performance. This is an impactful role with high visibility to senior management and external stakeholders.<br/>This role is based in Germany, ideally in Berlin. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Manage financial planning process, including annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for Zeotap</li><li>Develop KPIs to track team and company-level performance, identify opportunities for growth and increase efficiency</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional team to enhance and create KPIs and reporting packages using financial and operational-based metrics</li><li>Utilize analytical and financial modeling skills to break complex problems into smaller ones and draw clear conclusions to formulate efficient action plans</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario planning</li><li>Provide financial analysis and insights to executive team and stakeholders</li><li>Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track financial performance against key metrics (KPI)</li><li>Assist with month-end closing process, including actual/budget variances analysis</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting decks for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Answer investor-related ad hoc questions and participate in fundraising activities as needed</li><li>Collaborate with accounting and other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting</li><li>Utilize BI tools to access different data sources such as ERP, enterprise data warehouses, and business support systems (e.g. professional service automation systems)</li><li>Work with NetSuite, GSheets, Tableau to ensure accurate financial reporting</li><li>Believe in automation to increase efficiency.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; concentration in accounting or finance strongly preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, including financial modeling and reporting in MS Excel/Gsheets</li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues</li><li>Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong stakeholder management</li><li>Passion for automation and process improvement</li><li>SaaS/cloud industry experience a plus (familiarity with SaaS KPI)</li><li>Experience with Tableau is a plus</li><li>Experience with a budgeting tool is a plus</li><li>Fully proficient in English, German language is a plus</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> <h3>What we offer:</h3> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation &amp; benefits </li><li>Flexible working hours &amp; Remote-first approach</li><li>Access to Become1 as a benefit platform to reimburse your meal, mobility, or other receipts</li><li>2 extra days off per year for your volunteer projects</li><li>Fast-paced, collaborative &amp; fun culture</li><li>Access to Coursera as our learning platform and the opportunity to learn from very experienced colleagues</li><li>Exposure &amp; access to industry experts &amp; teammates that live our values</li><li>Work with very driven entrepreneurs &amp; a network of global senior investors across Telco, Data, Advertising &amp; Technology</li></ul>Zeotap welcomes all – we are equal employment opportunity &amp; affirmative action employers.
