Director, LCM & Future Strategy for Respiratory Disease BU

Reporting to the Associate Vice President Marketing Respiratory Business Unit, the Life Cycle Management and Future Strategy Leader role will be responsible for the design, optimization and evolution of the business model (e.g. mandated HUB, closed network specialty pharmacy) for Ohtuvayre. As part of this, the Director will ensure an integrated set of choices across the a) the Ohtuvayre business model and b) customer type (e.g. consumer, payer, hcp) now & in the future. Lastly, the Director will partner with global marketing to provide U.S. input into future clinical studies & combinations as well as helping define the U.S. future potential for new products in the respiratory space.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Define and optimize an integrated set of choices within the current Ohtuvayre business model. Help prioritize and align investment across customers, areas and levers within the current Ohtuvayre business model.
Partner with marketing team to ensure an integrated set of choices across customer type (e.g. consumer, payer, hcp) that considers all interdependencies across data systems, HUB, and specialty pharmacy network etc.
Evaluate and evolve the Ohtuvayre business model to help accelerate growth and optimize customer experience.
Partner with global marketing to provide U.S. input into future clinical studies & combinations and provide US POV on stage-gate and development plan decisions
Develop US business development commercial assessments in collaboration with payor marketing team to identify future commercial opportunity
Help define the U.S. future potential for new products in the respiratory space and represent the US Respiratory BU at various cross-functional new product planning meetings
Evaluate the competitive, access and policy landscape to help define future opportunities for the respiratory portfolio
Support the budget cycle processes and ensure BU alignment in preparation for senior management review
Qualifications
Education Minimum Requirement:
Required: BA/BS
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Commercial function including Marketing, Consumer/Payer Access, Customer Experience, Strategic Planning
Pharmaceutical experience required – Respiratory experience preferred
Process-oriented with strong project management skills
Strategic and tactical planning skills
High level of collaborative skills and ability to work across different parts of the organization
High Legal/Compliance IQ
Preferred:
Prior experience in design and execution of patient support programs
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate/engage with senior leaders
