Compensation:
USD 15 - 25/hour.

You are expert in agile methodologies, certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), demand management, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities and more:
Scope:
The Senior Technical Consultant will lead and support the implementation of PPM modules within ITBM, focusing on Idea, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, executing configurations and customizations, and providing support throughout the Execute and Deliver phases of the project. The consultant must ensure that all technical solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and lead workshops (target date w/c 21 Jan 25) to gather requirements and define solutions for Idea, Demand Management, and Agile 2.0.
Configure and customize the ServiceNow PPM module to meet client-specific needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
Execute technical tasks, including scripting, workflow automation, and integration development.
Provide technical expertise during the Execute and Deliver phases, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for reference and future support.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and alignment with business goals.
Support go-live activities and post-implementation enhancements as required.

Skills:

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong expertise in ITBM (PPM) module configuration and customization.
Experience in Agile 2.0, Idea, and Demand Management processes.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive consultant to ensure the successful implementation of PPM processes tailored to the client’s needs.
