Job Title: Senior Product Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

Purpose and Objective: 

SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Senior Product Specialist at our Atlanta, GA location to understand, analyze, and categorize customer individual demand for S/4HANA in a regional setup assuring one face to one customer from SAP S/4HANA, Product Success and Cloud Co-Innovation.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

Drive roll in and roll out product definition and roadmap of the S/4HANA product family with a direct link to our central product definition teams. Influence and improve the innovation lifecycle augmented by customers and partners throughout discovery, sales, onboarding, onboarding and service, or renewal process, along the product’s strategic direction and within defined market segments. Safeguard the setup of implementation projects of S/4HANA by supporting and enabling the Americas Regional teams and roles on managing customer expectations beyond existing roadmaps. Contribute to defining the customer’s overall architecture based on the S/4 product, including the identification of foundation capabilities and re-use services. Assist customers shape their technical landscape with a focus on maximum compatibility with SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Suite.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field  and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

 

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 4 years in the following:

• Develop and utilize SAP S/4HANA Cloud, S/4HANA on-premises, and Business Suite (SAP ERP);
• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts;
• Develop and implement strategy to ensure full application test coverage and improve overall quality of code;
• Drive roll-out of new product features and report stakeholder feedback;
• Drive S/4HANA Cloud integration webinars; and
• Implement Software-as-a-Service solutions with Cloud mindset.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $119,621 - $170,368. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $119,621 - $193,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
