About the role
Position Summary:We are seeking an Experienced Parts Counter Person to join our Honda dealership. The ideal candidate will assist technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts needs in a fast-paced environment. Honda experience and knowledge of CDK and Tension DMS systems are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:Support technicians by accurately and promptly sourcing needed partsAssist retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phoneLook up, order, and invoice parts using CDK and Tension DMSMaintain and monitor parts inventory levelsProcess returns, core credits, and warranty partsMaintain a clean and organized work areaDeliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
Qualifications:2+ years of experience in an automotive parts departmentHonda parts experience preferredProficiency in CDK and Tension DMS systemsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a busy environmentTeam player with a customer-first attitudeValid driver’s licenseBenefits:Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts on parts and services
