Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:00am–6:00pm

• Rotating weekends & holidays required

• +$1.50/hr weekend differential

CNA Pay

• $18.99–$21.21 per hour, based on experience

CNA Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license – Indiana

• CNA certification upon hire or within 120 days

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior care preferred
