Hourly: $30.63 - $39.82

Position Summary

The Organizational and Talent Development (OTD) Associate will provide support to the OTD team. The OTD Associate will create materials, organize training, coordinate programs, prepare reports and analyze data, and answer employee inquiries, among other things, to support a seamless delivery of OTD initiatives and services. The OTD Associate will be responsible for logistical and administrative responsibilities for the team’s talent development and training events.

Essential Functions:

  • Leads the delivery of the new employee onboarding experience. Facilitates New Employee Orientation training sessions. Coordinates with internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of information and welcome materials. Pulls reports and analyzes data. Maintains materials and resources including those contained in the Onboarding Dashboard. Identifies opportunities for enhancement to the new employee onboarding experience and participates in implementation of enhancements.
  • Supports OTD Team members with deployment and use of individual and team assessments. Sends out assessment codes to participants, tracks completed assessments, oversees inventory, supports OTD Team members who are facilitating individual and team debrief sessions. Communicates with assessment vendors as needed.
  • Supports OTD Specialists in developing, deploying, and coordinating use of training materials (job aids, elearning, SharePoint site, help text, Workday notifications, FAQs) and other needed resources. Responds to end-user questions on materials and resources. Prepares reports, analyzes and manipulates data, and provides results to stakeholders.
  • Maintains and updates the OTD SharePoint site under the direction of OTD Team members.
  • Provides communication support for program launches and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborates with OTD team and HR Technology team on the build and delivery of Performance Management processes in Workday.
  • Collaborates with HR Tech analysts on enhancements for Onboarding, reporting and Performance Management notifications.
  • Provides testing support for various systems including Workday. Tests functionality, deploys testing scenarios, gathers testing feedback, and communicates feedback to OTD leaders.
  • Provides user support on performance management and learning systems, answering questions in a timely manner and working with the HR Technology team to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Follows-up with new hires and their managers to ensure goals are set by their 60th day.
  • Provides weekly completion Performance Management Metrics to senior HR Leadership for Goal Setting, Mid-Year Check-In and Performance Evaluations.
  • Utilizes SurveyMonkey and other survey tools to create surveys to appropriately measure OTD’s effectiveness.
  • Manages program evaluations to ensure participant feedback is captured and recommends program improvements based on participant feedback data.
  • Coordinates the training sessions for OTD team members and communicates logistic and program details to leaders and program participants.
  • Supports the OTD Team members as a Producer in live delivery or facilitation of programs.
  • Fields questions from employees about program availability and eligibility criteria.
  • Assists with the Monthly Metrics Report by compiling  initiative metrics to be reviewed by senior leadership.
  • Manages Motivosity recognition program.
  • Appropriately applies knowledge of adult learning theory, evaluation methods, and instructional design.
  • Assesses, recommends, and implements process improvements as needed.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required; and 2 years’ experience in the coordination and delivery of organizational and talent development materials and initiatives.
  • Experience with online meeting tools (e.g. Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience with Workday or similar human capital management system preferred.
  • Experience with Canva is preferred.
  • Experience with online survey tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey) is preferred.
