Product Designer (UI/UX) 

Storable is hiring a Product Designer to join our storEDGE product. In this role, you’ll strive to deeply study and understand the people that use our software so you can design intuitive, effective, and cohesive digital experiences that drive results.

What you will do everyday:

• Collaborate with your product, engineering, and business peers to design, iterate, and deliver high-quality, high-value digital experiences
• Think autonomously and meticulously through interactions to reach practical solutions
• Generate design tools—like sketches, storyboards, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes—to prove concepts, facilitate brainstorming, and quickly and cheaply explore ideas
• Participate in (and often drive) research to gather quantitative and qualitative data to inform and validate your design ideas
• Continually work to deeply know (and help others know) the people that use our products
• Actively participate in scrum planning sessions, retrospectives, and evaluations of where we are headed, winning, and struggling
• Work closely with your Product Design peers to exchange ideas, provide feedback, and stay on top of design trends
• Shepherd and improve the design patterns of your product

What you will need to bring to the table:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design chops and past user-centered solutions (required for consideration)
• Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration
• Comfort in Figma with experience building or managing a component library
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for knowing and seeking the best interest of the person who uses your product
• Comfort taking and giving criticism in order to achieve growth
• Desire for continuous learning and growth
• Bonus points: enjoys pranking and infusing fun into the day
