Position Overview:

The Production Analyst works with the Regional Multifamily Small Balance Loans (SBL) production team to process and support loan production activities.  The candidate will confirm mortgage rates, pricing parameters, monitor regional pipelines, develop reports, and support the origination team.  The Production Analyst, upon submission of the full underwriting package, will update systems and review package submissions against required checklists. This position, on a limited basis, will also inspect properties and support market research.

Our team is responsible for managing Multifamily Production & Sales for loan sizes from $1MM to $7.5MM on properties all over the country.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part of an adaptable team that handles many transactions per year. You will work collaboratively across many departments to help lead transactions from the point of sale with our lenders until deals close. Your work is integral to smooth and successful processing of SBL loans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred

• 0 - 1 years of related experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analysis and research skills

• Detail-oriented, team player

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $67,000 - $101,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
