Our journey of learnability, values, and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.</p><p>In the role of Senior Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from the business needs, support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test. </p><p>You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul> <li>4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.</li> <li>2+ implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li> <li>At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Order to Cash</li> <li>Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.</li> <li>High-impact Communication skills </li> <li>Planning and Co-ordination skills</li> <li>Fluency in both GERMAN AND ENGLISH</li> </ul><p><strong>About Infosys</strong></p><p>Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
