Job Description

This is a hybrid role is to support a client in Northern New Jersey with onsite requirements 2-3 days/week. The expected timeline for this contract position is 9-12 months.

Responsibilities 

As a Manger you will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of delivery services provided by the Managed Services team to our customers.  This will include overseeing and performing claims processing, contract maintenance, formulary and data validation, data management, report generation, trend insights, customer interaction and support, and documentation for Managed Care, Medicaid, Tricare and Part D rebates.  In addition, this role may have direct oversight of a business function or team.  You will have the opportunity to expand your talents to take lead roles on outsourcing initiatives and contribute to IntegriChain’s project methodologies, engagement strategies and industry solutions. As a Manager you will be accountable for the following:

Accountabilities

• Oversight of business function or team
• Manage larger/complex customers and their deliverables
• Implements new customers and ensures smooth transition of services
• Develops and leads training and development programs for department
• Setup and maintenance of customer contracts and membership within the rebate system
• Lead and perform the processing of claims that support a variety of business processes for a large base of pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Formulary and script level validation
• Analyze rebate calculations for consistency and accuracy, research variances and resolve disputes and issues
• Analyze and provide trend insights
• Execute various reporting activities required for customer compliance
• Support ongoing customer relationships
• Develop and lead process and system improvements
• Participate and collaborate on ad hoc projects
• Subject matter expert of either/both Medicaid or Managed Care rebates
