Senior Full-Stack Developer (Remote) 

We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Digital Experience team to help enhance our web properties and digital presence. You will be a key member of our team, providing technical expertise and support for various digital and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with UX Designers, Content Specialists, Analysts, Business Partners, and Creatives to develop and maintain our CMS and website functionality, ensuring a high-quality user experience in a scalable and secure environment. 

What You Will Do 

• Develop and maintain CMS and website functionality and administer the scaled Sitecore XP environment.

• Provide technical expertise on applications and technologies that support Digital Experience and Marketing initiatives. 

• Provide a wide range of support services to improve the effectiveness of ICF web properties, including analysis, documentation, and optimization. 

• Work with teams of content specialists, analysts, and creatives to define requirements for new features and troubleshoot existing features as needed.

• Perform regular deployments, code reviews, bug fixes, evaluate software testing results, and annual security assessments. 

• Assist with the evaluation and implementation of third-party web and data integrations. 

What You Will Bring With You: 

• 8+ years of professional web development experience, spanning a range of front-end and back-end tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, responsive design, HTTP/S, DNS) and data interchange formats and technologies (JSON, XML, REST). 

• 5+ years of website administration in a high availability environment. 

• 4+ years of development in a Sitecore XP 9/10 solution. 

• Cloud platform experience (Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and a high-level understanding of security models.

• Experience with Data warehousing, Tag management system and web analytics, e.g., PowerBI, GTM, GA. 

What We’d Like You To Bring With You 

• Sitecore 9/10 developer certification. 

• Familiarity with additional technologies such as document indexing (Solr), scripting (PowerShell, SPE), form integration (Marketo), video embedding (Wistia), privacy and consent management (OneTrust), personalization (VWO), data transformation (ELT/ETL tools), reporting (PowerBI, LookerStudio). 

Professional Skills 

• Excellent organizational and project/task management skills, including attention to detail, ability to work independently, and ability to multi-task under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to interact with ICF staff and other users of supported ICF applications and systems, to gain familiarity with requirements associated with such applications/systems. 

• Eagerness and ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
