Responsibilities
- Work within an agile team approach to software development.
- Responsible for major Salesforce upgrades and integrations.
- Participates in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing, deployment and support of the organization’s Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
- Designs and develops reusable code using the Salesforce.com developer toolkit.
- Identify salesforce.com usage problems and craft technical/communication plans to remedy issues.
- Implement data cleansing techniques; create and manage rules, and data validations.
- Design and implement master data management techniques to reduce duplicate records.
- Work with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration and complex Salesforce.com functionality.
- Lead projects and deliver high level technical design documents and prototypes for requirement and design validation with our stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of administration or developer experience in Salesforce.com Enterprise edition or higher.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and testing in Salesforce, strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in writing Flow automation and lightning web components.
- Experience with data migration and ETL tools.
- Demonstrated record of success participating distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
