The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?

The Enterprise Talent Management (ETM) organization enables individuals, leaders, and teams to grow professionally, perform at their best, and drive superior business results, today and tomorrow. As a Director, Enterprise Talent Management, you will drive the enablement and evolution of the enterprise leadership talent pool, which focuses on individual career development in support of increasing readiness for the next leadership role. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the talent pool, which includes: leadership assessment & coaching, development planning, leader webinars, coaching circles, tracking participant activities and collecting feedback, analyzing metrics, communication to participants and stakeholders, and connecting participants with other development resources. You will work closely with others in ETM, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and talent pool participants and their managers.What Will You Do?
- Partner with leadership in the ongoing design and development of an enterprise strategy and approach for one or more assigned talent practice(s).
- Manage the assigned enterprise talent practice(s), executing the day to day operations, improving efficiency and effectiveness, and providing actionable reporting and analysis to the HR community as needed.
- Establish an ongoing cadence of communication, marketing, and training for employees, managers, and HRBPs. Create, deliver and facilitate virtual webinar presentations and group discussions.
- Partner with leadership and People Analytics to establish and implement metrics for these talent practices to inform continuous improvement and measure return on investment.
- Continuously update and introduce new tools and resources in response to data and metrics and informed by external best practices.
- Partner with HR Operations and HR Technology to drive operational excellence, leverage new and existing technology and platforms to support the talent practice(s) and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Previous experience with leadership development, career development, and/or the identification and development of top talent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience capturing metrics and creating reports that drive insights and decision-making.
- Exceptional skills and experience with project management, program design/management, and change management, including managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously and following through to ensure excellence in execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence decisions across all levels of the organization.
What is a Must Have?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Seven years of Human Resource experience with some experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, leadership development, succession management, career development, and/or relationship management.
