Senior Associate, Fleet Management

Workrise is hiring a Senior Associate, Fleet Management who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of activities associated with Workrise’s fleet of vehicles. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is experienced with process execution and improvement, ideally in a fleet setting.  This role will be exempt and will report to the VP of Operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create and/or execute Workrise fleet programs including but not limited to managing worker support, coordinating fleet maintenance and executing the fleet inspection process
• Improving our existing processes and documenting procedures
• Representing Workrise to both workers and clients in the field as necessary

Experience and Education Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional setting with a focus on operations
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Experience in process improvement with a demonstrable track record of driving results that eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency
• Proven experience working directly with clients and customers regularly
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong proven organizational skills

Additional experience preferred, but not required:

• Fleet management experience, especially in the energy industry is a plus
• Experience with HSE requirements and PPE, especially in the energy industry, is a plus

Essential Job Functions:

• Regular, on-time attendance
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, copier and telephone
• Ability to use office computer programs such as e-mail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Occasionally remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

 

Actual salary for this role will be based on several factors such as:  work experience, education, skillset, and achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon. Salary Range:$65,758—$73,978 USD
