ARPA-H Facility Manager

ECS is seeking an ARPA - H Facilities Manager to work remotely.  Please Note: This position is contingent upon [contract award].

We are searching for a highly experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support ARPA-H in coordinating space, telecommunications, safety, and timelines for facilities. Must have good rapport at dealing with the public, customer service expertise, excellent oral/written communication skills, and excellent organizational & time-management skills. Other example duties may include:

• Updating and maintaining emergency plans, floor plans and other documentation used in emergency planning and response activities. 
• Support of Property Management and leasing activities.
• Providing timelines for relocation of research and administrative staff.
• Support renovation of facilities and installation of new utility systems.

Salary Range: $70,000-$110,000
