Quick Service / Carryout Supervisor

Slows Bar BQ is looking for a dedicated Carryout Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Carryout Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the carryout operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to deliver a seamless experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the carryout team, including training, scheduling, and managing daily operations.
• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized carryout area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in the development of carryout service standards and best practices.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the carryout operation, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in promotional activities and events to enhance carryout service visibility.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order management processes.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or management training is a plus.
