Training

Bring your communication skills, curiosity, and passion for helping others learn as you support the Bell Piney Flats Training Department. In this role, you will assist with training development, delivery support, documentation, and administrative processes that help ensure our workforce receives high-quality technical and compliance training. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting training programs in both classroom and on‑the‑job environments, all while developing your presentation, communication, and organizational skills. The position will work approximately 20 hours per week on a set schedule. Schedule is dependent on what works best for the business and the student, with the possibility of additional hours (not to exceed 40 hours per week) with supervisor approval.

 

What you’ll be doing as a Training Department Student Worker

·      �� Assist with preparing and organizing materials for classroom, online, and hands‑on training sessions

·        Support delivery of learning sessions by helping manage logistics, set‑up, attendance, and post‑training follow‑up

·        Help track and document training results, assessments, and participant feedback

·        Help maintain training records, schedules, and documentation within internal systems

·        Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance training content or processes

·        Other training or administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

Skills You Bring To this Role

·        Actively enrolled in a program related to aviation, quality, business administration, or a related technical field through an accredited institution

·        Interest in quality compliance, aviation records, documentation management, or regulatory work

·        Commitment to working approximately 20 hours per week on a set schedule

·        Previous experience related to training support, customer service, or aviation is a plus but not required

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Confidence in public speaking or interest in developing presentation skills

·        Ability to organize information clearly and accurately

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

·        Creativity and initiative in solving problems or improving processes

·        Good vision, including ability to review documents and instructional materials
