Candidates must be willing to work from one of these offices; relocation assistance is available to meet this expectation.</p> <p>We are seeking a water resources leader who is an analytical person and analytical thinker in hydrology and hydraulics. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years of experience in H&amp;H or water resources engineering and advanced proficiency in HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS (1D/2D) modeling. You should enjoy working on diverse projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. In this mid-to-senior level role, you will provide technical leadership to a small team and excel at client engagement and business development in a consulting setting.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;<br><em>In this position, you will:</em>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Leading and managing hydrology &amp; hydraulics projects from planning through completion for public and private clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.</li> <li>Mentoring and supervising a team of junior and mid-level water resources staff, fostering their development, and maintaining a collaborative team environment.</li> <li>Performing and overseeing complex hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using tools such as HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS (1D/2D) for flood studies, stormwater management, and related civil infrastructure projects.</li> <li>Reviewing and approving technical reports, models, designs, and calculations to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry’s best practices.</li> <li>Presenting findings and technical recommendations to clients and stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights during meetings and reports.</li> <li>Maintaining and developing strong client relationships by delivering excellent work and responsiveness, and supporting business development through identifying opportunities, assisting with proposals, and leveraging your network.</li> <li>Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (civil engineers, environmental scientists, etc.) and coordinating with regulatory agencies to facilitate project permi
