WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Applying high-quality liquid paint finishes that meet exact customer specifications.
• Managing color changes with precision—cleaning paint guns, pressure pots, and pumps to keep everything running smoothly.
• Prepping parts like a pro—wiping, drying, and tack-clothing to ensure flawless finishes.
• Mixing paints and solvents with accuracy to get the perfect blend every time.
• Performing light maintenance on paint booths and equipment to keep operations humming.
• Inspecting products for imperfections and ensuring only top-quality work leaves your station.
• Rotating through different stations to keep things fresh and dynamic.
• Operating a variety of painting tools and equipment with confidence.
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Wearing your PPE with pride and promoting a culture of safety.

WHO YOU ARE

• You’ve got at least 6 months of experience in liquid painting or a similar hands-on role.
• You’re comfortable using small hand tools and enjoy working with equipment.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and can spot even the smallest flaws.
• You’re a team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
• You thrive in a fast-moving production environment and love staying busy.
