Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily nursing care and services to residents as directed by the care plan and supervisor.

• Supervise and support unit staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.

• Assist the Administrator with operational tasks and leadership responsibilities.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

• Respond to resident needs with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

• Participate in emergency procedures, including resident evacuation if necessary.

Education and Experience:

• ​High school diploma or GED required

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state

• Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) in good standing with the state
