Account Manager - Commercial Insurance 

Storable, the self-storage industry’s most powerful technology and integrated insurance platform is seeking a talented Commercial Insurance Representative for its commercial insurance agency operations. In this role, you will process the daily office operations for a commercial insurance agency focusing on serving the self-storage industry.  You will work closely with Sales, IT, and Management to support and enhance the customer experience. 

What you will do:

• Process applications, prepare quotes & proposals, issue policies, endorsements, accord forms, and policy changes to clients.
• Gather information necessary for and process insurance renewals.
• Assist with claim processing.
• Explain products, services, and premiums and answer questions from prospects and customers.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain the Applied EPIC Agency Management System records in an up-to-date manner.
• Handle premium financing, collecting policy premiums and processing to carriers.
• Identify and address the client’s needs and fill any coverage or policy gaps that are recognized.

What you will need:

• Certificates, Licensees, Registration: Property & Casualty License; accreditations are desirable (CISR, CIC, CRM, CPIA…)
• Superior organizational skills
• Self-starter – ability to work independently
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Good familiarity with office software applications – G Suite knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of common business structures  
• Experience with Applied Epic 
• Detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dedicated to completing tasks in a timely manner
• Ability and desire to learn new things
• Commercial insurance experience

Position pay range$75,000—$90,000 USD
