About this Role
This position is based out of Amsterdam and will be part of our Go To Market & CX IT function, which has team members globally in the Americas and the Asia Pacific regions.
Primary responsibilities include:
- You will Serve as the primary EMEA IT Program Lead for our EMEA business covering a variety of areas Sales, Support, Finance Operations, Channels, Customer Success/Support, and key initiatives support.
- You will help drive the improvement of our system capabilities working with EMEA GTM, finance, and customer success partners.
- Partner with our EMEA Channel go-to-market leaders and finance operations partners to drive alignment of our strategy with an Enterprise lens and ensure that requirements are integrated and represented in systems
- You will also work closely with our Customer Success and Support leaders to ensure closed-loop capabilities are built across the Sales and Support ecosystem.
- Lead day-to-day regional features in-take process, and pre/post rollout activities (ex. UAT coordination, pre/post-launch systems training support, collect user feedback)
- Provide insights and business impact assessment on feature requests and prioritize them with Global IT product management leaders.
- Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the global deployment post-launch
- Build, refine, and roll out our engagement model that will provide transparency to our stakeholders and align everyone in the Global IT Product/Delivery organization to drive towards desired outcomes
- Communicate program status clearly and succinctly to senior leaders by delivering sophisticated messages in business terms
- Continually evaluate the current system and processes, implementing elegant improvements that will drive additional output and scale as the organization grows to
- Maintain regular communications with key regional partners across the org on systems changes to minimize disruption

Qualifications
Experience you'll need:
- 7+ years of technical program management experience with enterprise GTM, finance and Customer Service systems
- A consistent track record in leading efforts across multiple program work streams is a critical need in this role
- Experience working in the environment Salesforce.com (SFDC), CPQ tools(preferably Salesforce CPQ), and SAP
- Strong Experience with sales processes is a plus (e.g., acquisition workflows, lead generation, territory management), sales compliance processes, systems (e.g. SFDC, CPQ, CLM)
- Experience in data governance across systems and change management
- Exposure working with Sales, Sales Enablement, Finance, Operations, both mature and high growth environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as partner management
- Ability to advise diverse collaborators on progress.
