Foundation Operations Manager, NWA, Hybrid Role

Find your calling at Mercy! The Foundation Operations Manager supports and enhances the operational functions of the Foundation organization. Under the direction of the Director - Foundation Operations, the Foundation Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, aligning programs and processes Ministry-wide standards, supporting fund and database management, and managing the logistics and execution of meetings and fundraising events. Position Details: *Hybrid role - must be able to go on-site to the NWA Foundation Office** Qualifications: Required Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree in addition to the required experience Require Experience: 3 years of experience in a supporting role Preferred Experience: Experience in philanthropy is highly desirable Other Skills: - Management experience in meeting goals - Excellent writing and organization skills Why Mercy?
