WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior PrePress Operator with extensive experience in reprographics and a keen eye for detail. Your role will be crucial in overseeing the preparation of designs for production, ensuring color fidelity, correct margins, and high-resolution output. You will be instrumental in translating creative visions into tangible products. You will oversee the critical stage of pre-production, ensuring that designs are perfectly prepared for printing or fabrication. Your expertise in reprographics will be pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards our clients expect.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Oversee the prepress process for various projects, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with designers to resolve any technical issues in artwork files
• Implement color management protocols to maintain consistency in print outputs
• Conduct final checks and approvals on proofs before production
• Lead and mentor junior operators, enhancing team skills and knowledge
• Manage workflow to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
• Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in prepress and printing
• Supporting Momentum’s Values
• All other duties as assigned

 
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

• 5+ years’ experience in prepress operations
• Strong expertise in reprographics and print production processes
• Proficiency in prepress software and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
