About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst, eDiscovery & Legal Data Intelligence to join our dynamic legal team. This role reports to the Senior Lead Counsel, eDiscovery, and is critical in supporting litigation, employment, investigations, privacy, data protection, and legal operations across the full scope of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Legal Data Intelligence (LDI) frameworks. You will be at the forefront of identifying, preserving, collecting, analyzing, and producing sensitive data for legal requests and business initiatives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
Manage eDiscovery matters and projects including the identification, preservation, collection, analysis, and potential production of data in support of legal data requests and business needs.
Develop high-value analytical work product for active matters, including chronologies, issue matrices, factual summaries, evidence maps, and related case-view assets.
Play a key role in the development and testing of new AI tooling to support both eDiscovery functions and other data intelligence needs.
Build relationships and maintain clear communication with legal teams, IT, HR, InfoSec, and external law firms/vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and data management.
Create, maintain, and enhance workflows and process documentation for data management, preservation, collection, and analysis to solve a variety of legal data challenges.
Administration of RelativityOne environment including data and access management.
Provide insights through transformation of legal data into actionable intelligence to inform decision-making and navigate complex legal matters.
Assist in developing and refining policies and procedures related to legal data management, ensuring efficiency, precision, and compliance.
Leverage AI-driven tools and legal tech platforms to optimize data analysis and streamline processes across all eDiscovery-related practice area frameworks.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
10+ years in eDiscovery, with significant experience working cross-functionally to manage complex legal matters as well as understand and build out requirements for new legal projects.
Deep understanding of the EDRM and LDI models, including data collection, analysis, early case assessment, and review strategies.
Technical proficiency in utilizing eDiscovery and legal technology platforms (e.g., RelativityOne).
Experience leveraging AI tooling to drive efficiency across the legal docket, as well as strong project management experience to help the team develop and deploy AI tools and agents.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), Information Governance, and Data Privacy concepts.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with eDiscovery in a Google Workspace environment.
Certifications such as Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
