Starting Wage: $28.37 + $2.30 shift differential 

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 4:48 pm - 3:18 am 

Location: Faribault South, MN

What you will do: 

• Duties include the setup and operation of various automatic and manual production machines, such as the Twin Column Press, Opti-Shear, Water Jet, or like equipment, to fabricate and produce parts according to engineering specifications.  

• Makes adjustments to ensure parts conform to qualify specifications.  

• Loads and unloads parts and sorts finished parts.  

• Performs total productive maintenance and related duties to ensure proper operation of machine/s.  

• Performs 5S procedures.  

• Takes part in the training process for all new team members.  

• Provides input regarding the performance of new team members.  

• Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams. 

• Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements. 

• Performs other duties as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Ability to operate hand tools 

• Ability to read and understand written English 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Previous manufacturing experience
