Outside Insurance Sales Associate

Our partner is in search of an Outside Insurance Sales Associate to work remotely in Georgia. This role encompasses driving sales growth, active community engagement, and acting as a trusted advisor to potential customers in the home and auto insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Work remotely to enhance sales growth by utilizing personal networks.
• Actively engage in the community to create a pipeline of sales prospects.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and converting prospects into customers using a proven sales strategy.
• Conduct sales with a focus on prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize creative approaches to build sales pipelines.
• Work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
• Meet age requirements (at least 18 years old) due to state licensing.
• Have reliable internet with a plug-in Ethernet/network cable.
• Maintain a dedicated workspace in your home; the equipment will be provided.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience with a focus on prospecting and lead generation.
• Emotional intelligence with the ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
• Computer and technology skills (Zoom, WebEx, Excel, Word, Outlook, and productivity applications).
• Highly competent at multitasking and attention to detail.
• An extensive network, either personal or professional.
• Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule.
• Receptive to coaching and feedback.

Benefits

• Salary range: $63,200k - $94,800k.
• Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 for external applicants with an active P&C or Personal Lines license or those who sign up for the program and pass the state's insurance licensing exam before the start date (paid within 90 days, some restrictions apply).
