Our manufacturing team relies on highly skilled Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical production equipment. You will support a wide range of automated, mechanical, and electrical systems, helping minimize downtime, improve performance, and keep operations running smoothly.
As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
Technical Troubleshooting & Repair
Troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, installing, and removing a wide range of production equipment, including:
Circuit board surface‑mount placement machines
Wave solder systems
Conformal coating applicators
UV & conventional curing ovens
CNC mills and lathes
UV printers
Custom automation equipment
Preventative Maintenance & Documentation
Performing preventative maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation.
Completing accurate, detailed work order documentation in a timely manner.
Operational Support & Collaboration
Cross‑training and operating across multiple machine platforms.
Managing inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment to reduce downtime.
Communicating equipment status clearly with operators, supervisors, and management.
Identifying root causes of equipment issues and recommending improvements or new technologies.
Safety & Compliance
Following all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality procedures.
Adhering to LOTO and machine‑guarding standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement across multiple machine platforms. Your technical expertise will directly impact production quality, safety, and efficiency.
To be successful in this role you will:
Education & Experience
Have an associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronics, or Mechatronics; or a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of machine maintenance experience.
Have to be able to participate in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule and swing shift as needed.
Technical Capabilities
Have ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
Have solid understanding of PLCs and ladder logic for basic troubleshooting.
Have strong troubleshooting skills in:
Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
3‑phase motors
Relays & power supplies
PLC components
Encoders
VFDs
Tools & Equipment Proficiency
Have Proficiency with electronic test equipment:
DMMs
Amp probes
Megohmmeters
Have Skilled with hand and power tools such as:
Allen & torque wrenches
Nut drivers
Drills
Reciprocating saws
Grease applicators
Additional Skills
Have Comfortable use computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office.
Have Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Have Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Desired Characteristics
Have experience with soldering and electronic repair.
Have familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma.
Have experience with Maintenance Connection or similar CMMS systems.
